You put your heart and soul into the wellbeing of your pets, and we put that same level of thought and care into our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your products, give us a shout and we will refund your order. It's that simple. 

Refund conditions: 

• We can only refund orders from petthrive.com.
• Requests for refunds must be made within 60-days of purchase. 
• If you would like to return an unopened container please contact us.
  
• Refunds may take approximately 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
